A member of the intellectual property law department since 2017. He deals with issues concerning intellectual property law, private competition law and contract law.

In the area of his specialisation, he represents the law firm’s clients in numerous court, arbitration, administrative and administrative court proceedings.

He also participates in projects in the field of intellectual property law. He helps entrepreneurs effectively protect and manage their intellectual property rights. He prepares and reviews contracts, conducts due diligence, as well as advises on trademark registration.

Applying his experience in intellectual property law and unfair competition litigation, he advised on the creation of an arbitration panel for a leading trade show entity.
