She coordinated SMM Legal teams at all stages of precedent-setting merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. She effectively advised clients on competition and economic law issues, including during the drafting and approval of remedies (commitments).

She has repeatedly assisted clients with competition law aspects of information exchange, including during the formation of joint ventures between competitors, in merger and acquisition processes and during due diligence reviews.

She provided comprehensive advice on developing and negotiating a contractual framework for the cooperation between competitors in the first processing plant in Central and Eastern Europe. She has also supported clients in negotiations with domestic and foreign partners within existing or newly established cooperation.

In the field of public procurement law, she assisted clients in preparing and conducting procurement proceedings, as well as auditing their compliance. Her experience also includes representing clients in court proceedings and before the National Appeal Chamber regarding the application of national and EU law.
