An expert in national and EU economic law. She specialises in the area of competition law, mergers and acquisitions and public procurement law. She was twice recommended in The Legal 500 (Legalease) EMEA 2021 and 2022, in the categories of Commercial Corporate M&A and Capital Markets.

She coordinated the work of SMM Legal teams in precedent-setting merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. She has participated in work at all stages of merger proceedings involving complex issues of competition law application, including the negotiation and approval of so-called remedies.

Her expertise in public procurement law includes the preparation and execution of contracts, as well as auditing the regularity of procurement procedures.

At the law firm, she works for both public and private entities, particularly in the energy sector. She has also handled R&D projects and one of the leading telecommunications contractors in Poland.

In addition, she advises in court proceedings and before the National Appeal Chamber on arguments arising from the application of EU law.
