She coordinated the work of SMM Legal teams at all stages of precedent-setting merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. She effectively advised Clients on competition and business law issues, including at the stages of drafting and approving so-called remedies.

She has repeatedly assisted clients in the competitive-legal aspects of information exchange, including at the stage of joint ventures between competitors, in merger and acquisition processes and in the course of due diligence.

She provided comprehensive advice in the process of developing and negotiating a contractual framework for the cooperation of competitors in the first processing refinery in Central and Eastern Europe. On a number of occasions, she assisted clients in negotiating with domestic and foreign partners within the framework of existing or established cooperation.

In the field of public procurement law, she has supported clients in preparing and conducting procurement proceedings, as well as auditing the regularity of these proceedings. Her experience also includes representing clients in court proceedings and before the National Board of Appeals regarding the application of national and EU law.
