Specialist on civil law, civil procedure and selected aspects of administrative law, Ms. Krystman works at the Poznań branch of our Corporate Services Department. An attorney trainee, she is also pursuing her academic interests by working on her doctoral dissertation entitled “Private law system as a tool preventing climate change”.

Previously she worked with Poznań-based law firms, where she provided comprehensive advisory to businesses and local governments. Ms. Krystman is a skilled lawyer specializing in contract drafting and verification, drafting litigation writs and legal opinions – both in the area of civil and administrative law.

On top of that, her professional and academic interests include the protection of personal rights of public sector entities and access to public information. In her research she further focuses on the responsibility for climate change and environmental protection. As part of her doctoral research, she is working on a research project on the analysis of private law instruments as possible tools to prevent the crawling climate change.

She has authored academic and educational publications on civil and administrative law. A conference speaker, she also taught courses addressed to local and national audiences.
