Mr Stańczyk works both for public and private sector clients. He advised joint-stock companies in M&A and JV transactions as well as in projects involving the acquisition and management of company infrastructure. He also helped establish two public investment vehicles on the venture capital market, worth over PLN 1 billion. Mr Stańczyk is experienced in developing and assessing by-laws of regulated-sector companies.

Being particularly interested in issues concerning green energy, he carried out 11 pre-commercial procurement contracts for innovation services, 10 of which implemented the assumptions of the European Green Deal. He is engaged in country-wide promotion of funding innovation from the Horizon Europe programme.

Author of a monograph titled “Articles of Association of a Joint-Stock Company as a Measure of Defence Against Hostile Takeover” as well as many press and scientific publications on company law and funding innovation projects.
