Profile
Member of our Firm’s Litigation Team. A lawyer specialising in civil law, including civil procedure, and company law, he has been supporting our attorneys in litigation we handle for our clients. Completed postgraduate studies in restructuring and bankruptcy law. Court mediator at the District Court in Poznań.
Experience
Previously, Mr. Stępień worked with Poznań-based law firms, preparing court writs and related documentation in civil cases. He has provided comprehensive services to businesses, drafting legal opinions, analyses, corporate documents and contracts.
He has participated in the processes of establishing new commercial companies and proceedings before the National Court Register, as well as in transactional processes such as the disposal of a company, shares or stocks, and mergers of companies. He has also participated in proceedings involving the liquidation of commercial companies and the return of undue financial subsidies. He also assists in assisting the firm’s clients in litigation, enforcement, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, as well as in proceedings related to improper contract performance and debt collection.
