Member of our Firm’s Litigation Team. A lawyer specialising in civil law, including civil procedure, and company law, he has been supporting our attorneys in litigation we handle for our clients. Mr. Stępień deals with drafting corporate documentation and transaction-related agreements.

Previously, Mr. Stępień worked with Poznań-based law firms, preparing court writs and related documentation in civil cases. He has provided comprehensive services to businesses, drafting legal opinions, analyses, corporate documents and contracts.

On top of this, he has been involved in the processes aimed at establishing new corporations and procedures before the registry court. What is more, he has also worked on divestment, share purchase and merger transactions. Additionally, he has handled winding-up procedures.
