Specialised in intellectual property law, unfair competition law and contract law, Mr Ruchała advises our clients, represents them in disputes and provides support in transactions, especially those concerning IT contracts.

Mr Ruchała has been associated with SMM Legal since 2012. He is particularly interested in the new technology sector. He has prepared a number of specialised contracts for the creation, implementation and development of software, for IT services, or for source code depositing. Mr Ruchała has worked for contracting entities and service providers, including under public procurement law.

He has carried out projects for banking, energy, chemical or medical sectors. He was involved in, for instance, the breach of copyrights to industrial designs and works, breach of title to registered trademarks, or unfair competition. A participant in disputes over the breach of personal interests in the press.

A speaker at conferences, author of academic publications, trainer and university class teacher. He is working on his dissertation on copyright.
