Member of SMM Legal’s corporate law team. Specialised in day-to-day legal assistance for entrepreneurs, in particular in contract law, business law and real estate law.

Mr Błaszczyk advises clients in resolving ongoing civil-law issues.

He was a member of the team preparing the merger of two largest Polish oil companies. He was also involved in legal audits of real properties conducted for the purpose of transfer. A participant in due diligence procedures for major economic operators in the real estate development, fair or science sectors.

His MA dissertation, entitled “Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs) as a Key Element of the International System of Protecting Foreign Investments”, received a distinction in the Prof. Kolańczyk Competition for the Best MA Dissertation of 2017/2018 as well as in the 3rd edition of the Competition for the Award of the President of the Office of General Attorney of the Republic of Poland for the best MA dissertation in the field of court law in memory of Stanisław Bukowiński.

Apart from law, he is also a graduate in international relations.

After work, as the vice-president of an amateur handball club “Amatorzy Piłka Ręczna Poznań”, he promotes the idea of amateur sports competitions.
