Specialised in providing advice to local government bodies, municipal associations and companies, including municipal companies. He is involved in public procurement law.

Mr Czech has coordinated public procurement procedures, including those conducted by state-owned companies, and also provided advice to contractors.

He supported investment procedures from the acquisition of title to real property, through design, until the completion of construction works. He also represented clients in that field in many judicial and administrative proceedings.

Mr Czech has many years of experience in providing legal assistance to communes, cities with district rights, unions of communes, budgetary establishments, cultural institutions managed by local governments, municipal companies, and entities from outside the public sector. He provides assistance to one of leading manufacturers of specialised chemicals.
