His expertise covers drafting documents related to transactions and the acquisition of funds, conducting due diligence audits, ensuring compliance with disclosure obligations in public companies, and assisting with the issuance of securities.

He advises clients on projects involving subscription calls for the sale of shares, forced buyouts, and the withdrawal of shares from trading on regulated markets and in alternative trading systems.

In addition, Mr Jaranowski also advises on labour law, proceedings for obtaining permits and concessions for regulated activities, and dispute resolution, including corporate disputes.

His interests also cover medical law, including issues related to civil liability for harm caused during treatment.
