Mr Jaranowski has many years of experience in day-to-day corporate assistance for companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. His competence includes drafting documents related to transactions and the acquisition of funds, due diligence audits, compliance with disclosure obligations in public companies, and assistance in the issuing of securities.

He advises our clients in projects involving calls to subscribe for the sale of shares, forced buyout, and the withdrawal of shares from trade on regulated market and in alternative trading system.

In addition, Mr Jaranowski provides support in the field of labour law, in proceedings for the acquisition of permits and concessions for regulated activity, and in dispute resolution, which also includes corporate disputes.

His interests also cover medical law, including issues related to civil-law liability for damage inflicted during treatment.
