Specialist in the litigation team of SMM Legal. She provides litigation services to large business entities, entrepreneurs and individuals. She represents clients before courts and administrative authorities. She also participates in settlement and mediation discussions.

She has been with SMM Legal since the beginning of her attorney-at-law training. She provides litigation services and advice to clients in a wide range of areas, including commercial law (lawsuits challenging company resolutions), labour law (cases for reinstatement, payment of remuneration, relating to accidents at work), compensation cases (for payment of damages, compensation against carriers) and commercial cases for payment between entrepreneurs (improper performance of obligations, tort liability, contractual penalties, cases for payment against contractors).

She is also experienced in specialist administrative and administrative court cases involving the President of the Office of Railway Transport and the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.

She gained her professional experience already during her studies, among others in a law firm specialising in transmission easements while providing legal services to an energy company.
