We provide Labour Law related support to private and public institutions. Our services span from ongoing legal advice needs to emergencies. Thanks to our extensive academic experience, we also advise on the creation and activity of international scientific consortia.

We have supported the creation of the Łukasiewicz Research Network structure associating 32 institutes. We advised on the network institutions management agreements, the recruitment and employee promotion rules in an open and competitive recruitment format as well as sharing employee personal information across the Network.
We have adjusted the operating procedures of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – New Chemical Syntheses Institute to new legal regulations, including assistance with the transfer of employees to their new positions and negotiations with the trade unions.
We have registered the first British university in Poland – the Coventry University – and adjusted the operation of an English university to the Polish Labour Code requirements.
We have assisted the process of transferring 44 employees of IPPT PAN to the National Centre for Research and Development. The change was a result of the decision of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on the reorganisation of the structure of support for Polish entities under the European Union’s framework programmes.
We have secured the know-how and confidential information of Remmers Sp. z o.o. against the disclosure of confidential business information, and in particular, Remmers’ clients lists to other entities.
In connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have assisted H. Cegielski in the process of terminating the company collective bargaining agreement and initiating negotiations with the trade unions. The project was successfully accomplished and collective disputes with trade unions were avoided.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have supported Wavin Polska S.A. and Gedia Sp. z o.o. in implementing various strategies aimed to minimise infection risks while maintaining their production capacities. One special challenge was to settle the question of COVID-19 testing, which raised the need to process employees’ personal data concerning their health.
