Attorney-at-law trainee on our administrative law team. Ms. Jeziernicka is interested in administrative law as well as substantive and procedural civil law. She specialises in real property on law, with special focus on the land surveying and cartographic law. On top of this, she is also building her expertise in the field of broadly construed agricultural law. A doctoral student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University.

She supports senior lawyers in providing legal services to both individuals and businesses. She prepares pleadings and materials for legal analysis, particularly in the field of administrative law.

She has worked for leading companies on M&A transactions focusing on the succession of rights and obligations and general administrative law matters.

She has gained professional experience since her first year at university in one of the Warsaw’ s law firms recommended in the prestigious “The Legal 500”.

She actively developed her professional interests as early as during her studies, founding the Scientific Circle of Real Estate Management, Agricultural and Environmental Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University.

Her research and academic interests involve direct payments to farmers within the EU Common Agricultural Policy support mechanisms.
