For more than twenty years, Ms. Stępniewska-Idzior has been specialising in legal advisory to businesses, including foreign companies, especially those from German-speaking countries. She has been assisting Clients in developing innovative investment strategies and optimising internal processes aimed at assuring legal security.

For 13 years, she has worked as the Head of Legal in companies belonging to one of the leading EU and Polish producers in the food sector. As the commercial attorney and member of the management team, she was responsible for legal security of the affiliates and comprehensive services for investors. Her key projects include preparing an undertaking operating in a closed market to enter the open market, relying on trailblazing EU law-based solutions.

She worked on investment projects worth hundreds of millions of euros. What is more, she has participated in dozens of negotiations, dispute resolutions and the pursuit of effectively collateralised claims in transactions for millions of euros. Her experience includes working on corporate mergers between companies valued at billions of zlotys. On top of this, she has been representing clients in litigation and administrative court as well as administrative procedures, including proceedings before regulatory authorities (e.g. Polish Energy Regulatory Office, Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, National Support Centre for Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Energy).
