Mr. Czarnecki concentrates on providing legal services to entities with a particular emphasis on transaction support at the conceptual and optimisation stage, during negotiations and at the implementation stage. He conducts research and prepares due diligence reports, including on cross-border trade relations.
At the firm, his daily practice focuses on contract, economic, civil and commercial law, labour law as well as pharmaceutical and energy law. So far, he has provided active support for companies operating in the pharmaceutical market, solving their various legal disputes. These have included issues with advertising, unfair competition and disciplinary liability. Mr. Czarnecki has participated in numerous energy law projects, and has handled transactions for the structured parts of enterprises in domestic and cross-border acquisitions. He is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In his academic work he concentrates on the penal and civil aspects of physicians’ legal liability.
