On 13 March 2014, Agnieszka Stenzel-Rosa, attorney at law, and Łukasz Jaśkowiak took part in the Polish Conference of Restructuring Law 2014 organized by the Allerhand’s Institute which brought together restructuring professionals to discuss the latest developments and most pressing challenges in this sector, i.a. the guiding principles of the proposed amendments to restructuring law.
The talks also covered international issues concerning restructuring. The Congress pointed out to the need of restructuring in the civil engineering sector and prepared a guiding idea of restructuring law reform to be sent to the Ministry of Justice.
