For yet another year running, the Head of the SMM Legal Intellectual Property Department has earned an individual recommendation in “The IAM Patent 1000 2023” ranking identifying the best patent experts. Prof. Rafał Sikorski was distinguished in the “Individuals: prosecution” category.
“The IAM Patent 1000” ranking is developed by professionals from the patent sector from all over the world. Over five months, IAM verifiers carried out about 1,800 interviews with a number of advocates, attorneys, patent lawyers and in-house lawyers to gather market information on key players in the field. The “AIM Patent 1000” recommendation is awarded by collecting the required number of positive opinions from experts and clients familiar with the recommended lawyer’s practice and the market they serve.
