Today’s issue of Puls Biznesu (29.10.2014) contains an article entitled "Poland gets on well with business at last”, which summarises a historic advance of the Polish economy in the prestigious Doing Business ranking of the World Bank.
The author refers to expert comments of Jarosław Bełdowski, Partner at S&M, who points out to benefits from Poland’s higher and higher place in the ranking: "This is a cheap and at the same time very effective promotion of our economy worldwide”. He also emphasises the import_ance of the reforms to be implemented in the near future, namely the tax reform, the reform of the construction law and bankruptcy law, which will be have a considerable impact on the day-to-day operation of Polish enterprises
