Insurance Congress of Rzeczpospolita

On October 24th 2012 Sójka & Maciak Attorneys at Law as the only law firm in Poland co-organised the second edition of the Insurance Congress of Rzeczpospolita. Methods on how to manage the risk in times of crisis was the leading theme of the Congress. A speech on D&O insurance as a means of risk management in companies was given by Aleksander Raczyński Ph.D., who together with Marcin Orlicki Ph.D. heads the Insurance Department in our law firm. He also took part in the discussion summarizing the Congress. The event was aimed at the management of Polish companies and attracted a lot of interest on the part of insurers, brokers, bankers and those responsible for risk management.
