SMM Legal experts have advised Perfect Eye Optic, a chain of optometry, eye-wear and eye-care outlets, in the negotiations and the subsequent merger with Avenir Medical Poland. The project was co-coordinated by Aleksander Czech, Managing Partner at our Firm, and one of our lawyers, Jan Stranz, PhD.
Perfect Eye Optic offers specialist vision testing and optometric services. Over a year ago, the company established a business alliance with Avenir Medical Poland Sp. z o.o., the operator of the Twoje Soczewki chain, specialising in the sales of eye-wear and contact lenses.
‘Our task was to develop a common legal framework for the operation of the newly established group’, explains Jan Stranz, PhD, who worked with the Client on the corporate aspects of the transaction.
What is more, we supported the Client in terms of handling the tax-related aspects of the merger.
