From 27 to 28 October, the Head of our Firm’s Intellectual Property Department, Rafał Sikorski, PhD, ran one of the training panels at the INPRECOMP (International Patent Remedies for Complex Products) project meeting at King’s College in London.
The panel coordinated by Mr. Sikorski focused on actions to discontinue patent infringements. The workshop in London was the first of two meetings attended by twenty academics from 12 countries in Europe, America and Asia. The second workshop will be held at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, University of Arizona, on 23-24 March 2017. The project will end with an academic publication summarising various points of view, theories and practical legal rules which may affect the future form of patent protection actions in the global context.
