Today, competition between law firms is shifting from basic to highly specialist services. As Mr. Przemysław Maciak, Managing Partner at SMM Legal affirms, “A law firm’s value and brand must be built on strong professional ethics and the security of data disclosed by the clients, rather than on the qualifications of individual lawyers alone”. And this year, we observed another prominent trend on the market. “It turns out that a lot of talent can be found outside the country’s capital. A number of large firms are transferring their operations out of Warsaw and looking for lawyers locally”, says Mr. Przemysław Maciak.
