EUR 450 million for the commercialisation of innovative research – SMM Legal has provided comprehensive legal services instrumental to the successful signing of a contract between the Polish National Research and Development Centre and PFR Ventures to establish an Investment Fund within the BRIdge VC programme.
This public-private project will provide the financing needed to commercialize the results of research and development works carried out by Polish scientists. Thanks to its support the outcomes of research may find their application in the actual business environment by direct implementation in the manufacturing process, thus making it more innovative.
