We have stepped up our efforts to promote the cooperation between businesses aimed at developing the LNG market in Poland. Over the last month, our firm has become a member of the Polish LNG Platform.
‘The use of alternative energy sources in times of climate crisis is one of the most urgent social challenges’, says Michal Tarka, Partner at our Firm and the co-head of our Energy Law Department. ‘By lending the expertise of our lawyers, we have a chance to contribute to the development of innovative transport economy based on alternative fuels, including bioLNG’, adds Mr. Tarka.
The Polish LNG Platform brings together businesses and other entities operating in a broadly defined LNG sector. Its key objective is to support entrepreneurship and innovativeness in the field of LNG by combining and effectively using the joint potential of the Platform members. What is more, the organisation facilitates integration between businesses and research institutions.
‘Our contribution to the Platform goes beyond our experience with RES in the transport sector’, adds Przemysław Maciak, our Managing Partner. ‘For years we have been combining business with academia and supported our clients in developing the right conditions to effectively commercialise their research outcomes’, concludes Mr. Maciak.
