Since 24 March, SMM Legal has been operating in its new corporate form – as a general partnership. The previous corporate name of the firm, SMM Legal Maciak Mataczyński Adwokaci Sp. K., was changed accordingly to SMM LEGAL Maciak Mataczyński Czech Sikorski spółka jawna.
On this occasion, long-term SMM Legal partners and experts, Prof. Rafał Sikorski and Mr. Aleksander Czech, became the Firm’s co-owners. Along with our heartfelt congratulations, we wish them a lot of success in their new roles.
Apart from the obvious formal consequences, the foregoing changes have no effect on the functioning of our Firm.
