From 22 to 24 April 2015, the Lugano-based Università della Svizzera Italiana hosted a conference entitled ‘The Nature and Governance of the Corporation’, organized by the World Interdisciplinary Network for Institutional Research (WINIR). During the conference, Prof. Maciej Mataczyński presented his paper on ‘‘National Champions’ between Corporate and Political Governance’.
The conference was attended by representatives of law and economics from around the globe, including faculty members from the top universities worldwide. Keynote lectures were presented by professors from Cambridge, Princeton and Oxford.
