On 14 October 2017, Teleskop, an evening news show on TVP3 Poznań, aired a piece on the eviction of tenants from a flat owned by the Metropolitan Curia in Poznań.
Ms. Patrycja Starczewska of SMM Legal commented on the actions of the Metropolitan Curia (the landlord). Assessing the legal background of the case, she pointed out that the tenants had stopped paying their rent two years ago. In consequence, the Curia had every right to terminate the tenancy agreement, resulting in the tenants’ illegal occupation of the flat.
