PROF. MATACZYŃSKI PRESENTS HIS PAPER AT THE 11TH MEETING OF COMMERCIAL LAW CHAIRS IN WARSAW

From 21-22 September 2017, the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw hosted the 11^th Meeting of Commercial Law Chairs. This year’s meeting was entitled ‘Searching for the optimum company governance – effective management and supervision’, and included a presentation by Prof. Mataczyński on Management and supervision models in a limited company, outlined in the European Model Company Act draft.
