Since May 2021, two new experts on criminal tax law have joined our White Collar Crime Department. We welcomed two seasoned lawyers: Piotr Olkiewicz and Rafał Olkiewicz.
Mr. Piotr Olkiewicz previously worked as a high ranking lawyer for the tax administration, having served for 15 years as the Head of the Preliminary Investigations Department at the Tax Audit Authority in Poznań.
‘The experience as a public prosecutor in tax crime cases offers a unique perspective. It helps to provide comprehensive preventive support to our clients and is particularly useful in crisis management’, explains Piotr Olkiewicz.
Mr. Rafał Olkiewicz, on the other hand, specialises in tax law and the joint liability of directors for corporate debts and other outstanding liabilities.
