We have added a new expert to our dynamically growing Energy Law Department. In May, we welcomed Dr. Marcin Kraśniewski, who joined SMM Legal as of counsel. This is yet another boost our team has received this month.
Marcin Kraśniewski holds a doctoral degree in law. He specialises in energy law, state security in terms of access to commodities, administrative law and procedure, as well as European business law and the inner workings of sectors broadly classified as infrastructure.
He has a strong background in advising energy companies from the sectors of natural gas, heat, electricity and RES, as well as infrastructural companies, especially railway businesses. On top of that, he continues to pursue his academic career as a researcher.
