Prof. Maciej Mataczyński at a conference in Warsaw

On 23 September 2014 in Warsaw at the Institute of Legal Science of the Polish Academy of Science, prof. Maciej Mataczyński spoke in a debate on the legal nature of a disposal of shares in a partnership and the inheritance thereof at the conference concerning “Dilemmas concerning consistency of the Commercial Companies Code, the Civil Code and the Family and Guardianship Code” organized jointly by the Institute of Legal Science of the Polish Academy of Science and the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jan Paweł II University of Lublin.
