SMM Legal provided advisory to Superior Industries International as part of the company’s tender for a 100% sharehold of Uniwheels AG.
Superior Industries International is a global producer of aluminium rims for passenger cars, and the biggest business in this sector in the US, while Uniwheels AG is the third largest producer of rims in Europe. The value of the transaction exceeded two billion zloty, making it the largest tender offer for shares of a WSE-quoted company this year.
