On 25 October, Mr. Rafał Sikorski, PhD, Partner at SMM Legal and the Head of our Intellectual Property Team, will present his lecture entitled “Searching for Optimal Response to PAEs’ Excessive Enforcement Practices” at the University of Wellington in New Zealand.
The paper will be delivered at the 36th Annual International Congress of ATRIP – International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property. Once again Mr. Sikorski will speak to a prestigious international audience of outstanding specialists in the field. This year’s conference is entitled “The Object and Purpose of Intellectual Property” and will be held from 23 to 26 October 2017 at the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. Let’s add that the last year’s 35th anniversary congress, also attended by Mr. Sikorski, was hosted by the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland.
