SMM Legal welcomes a new doctor of legal sciences (PhD) to its legal team.
On 13 December 2017 at Adam Mickiewicz University, Mr. Miłosz Malaga successfully presented his doctoral dissertation entitled ‘Measures having equivalent effect to quantitative restrictions on imports in the meaning of Article 34 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union’. The doctoral research and dissertation were supervised by Prof. Mataczyński, Managing Partner at SMM Legal. The dissertation was reviewed by outstanding Polish scholars, Prof. Maciej Szpunar, advocate general at the Court of Justice, and Prof. Dawid Miąsik, Supreme Court judge.
