At SMM Legal, we appreciate the engagement of our team members and are always happy to celebrate their success. Over the last month, we have had a lot of reasons to raise our glasses. All of our trainee lawyers passed their bar exams and Mr. Michał Wojtkowiak was promoted to Senior Associate.
Mr. Wojtkowiak has been with us from the very beginning of his legal career. Our Managing Partners have appreciated his substantial involvement in work for key clients and on major transactions handled by our Firm. Mr. Wojtkowiak has participated in procedures before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and before the European Commission with regard to practices restricting competition or concentration control.
‘We are proud that SMM Legal is a firm able to retain young talent,’ says Prof. Maciej Mataczyński, Managing Partner at SMM Legal. ‘We do our best to make sure that all of our collaborators are able to find their own space for development at our Firm throughout their legal career,’ he adds.
Our heartfelt congratulations go also to our junior lawyers: Joanna Dziurawiec, Przemysław Błaszczyk and Arkadiusz Habiera. All three of them have successfully passed their bar exams. Following the oath taking, Joanna and Przemysław will enroll with the attorneys’ bar, while Arkadiusz will become an advocate.
‘The completion of legal traineeship and the bar exams are crucial moments in every lawyer’s career,’ sums-up the other Managing Partner, advocate Przemysław Maciak. ‘We wish to congratulate our freshly minted professionals.
