Mr. Kalikst Nagel, PhD, our expert on public procurement law, has just been promoted to the rank of Senior Associate. This decision was announced today by the firm's management board.

Dr. Kalikst Nagel joined SMM Legal at the beginning of 2018. At our firm, he focuses on public procurement law, including issues specific to regulated sectors. Additionally, he has broad expertise in the field of business law. In 2018, Mr. Nagel was conferred a PhD degree by the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań on the basis of his dissertation on human rights theory. In May 2019, he was admitted to the bar.
