Our Associate, Julia Pampuchowicz-Sibiak, has successfully completed her attorney traineeship at the Poznań Bar and passed her bar examination. On 23 August 2024, she closed this important stage in her professional journey by taking an attorney-at-law oath. As a result, SMM Legal is proud to welcome another licensed attorney to our team.
Ms. Pampuchowicz-Sibiak has been with our Firm since 2019, specialising in civil law, with special focus on contract and commercial law. As a member of our Business Law Department, she provides ongoing legal services to our business clients. Her professional interests also include copyright law.
Ms. Pampuchowicz-Sibiak has experience in providing ongoing legal advisory services. At our Firm, she drafts and issues opinions on civil law contracts, prepares legal information and opinions, and handles registration procedures. In addition, she has also participated in legal audits (due diligence) and drafting internal documents for companies.
Notably, she was part of the SMM Legal team advising our client in merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection regarding one of the largest M&A transactions in Poland in the energy sector.
