On August 27 2012 Aleksander Raczyński Ph.D. spoke on WTK in the main news program Puls Dnia presenting the necessary requirements to enter a potential debtor to the National Debt Register. The news referred to some recent action of the Board of the Poznań Urban Transport Authority that began entering debtors to the Register.
