In his feature for the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily and prawnik.pl, prof. Sójka offered an extensive commentary on much needed reform of negotiable instruments law. Prof. Sojka contends that given a chance to amend one piece of applicable legislation, he would alter Art. 169 of the Civil Code to the extent it regulates negotiable instruments.
