PIOTR RUCHAŁA SPEAKS AT THE “CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW” NATIONAL ACADEMIC CONFERENCE

From the 20th to 21st of March 2015, the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of  the University of Wrocław hosted a national academic conference entitled “Contemporary challenges to intellectual property law”.

One of the speakers at the event was a lawyer from our firm, Mr. Piotr Ruchała, who presented a paper “Fair – unfair. Private use of works and fair compensation after the judgement in the ACI Adam case”.
