A major success of our Managing Partner – Prof. Maciej Mataczyński was named the 29th most influential lawyer in Poland in 2021. The ranking is published annually by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, a major Polish daily. Congratulations!
The chapter of the ranking recognized Prof. Mataczyński’s leading role in laying the groundwork for the PKN Orlen – Lotos merger, the largest acquisition in the history of Polish economy. On top of that, the chapter emphasized his conceptual input in the development of remedies required by the European Commission.
‘This is an important distinction, especially given that very few lawyers actually practicing the legal profession made it into the list,’ says Prof. Mataczyński. ‘The appreciation of our legal work is deeply rewarding, but more importantly, it motivates us to do even better when supporting our clients in the pursuit of their exceptional projects,’ adds our Managing Partner.
