Krzysztof Urbańczak, attorney at law promoted to Partner

We are pleased to announce that Sójka&Maciak has a new Partner. Mr Krzysztof Urbańczak, attorney-at-law, who heads our criminal law department, started as a public prosecutor at Poznań’s Circuit Attorney’s Office. He specializes in white collar crimes and liability of members of governing bodies of companies. He is an expert in both substantial and procedural law.
