Yet another year in a row we have ranked high among the top 10 most attractive employers according to the “Most Attractive Employers 2023” ranking. We came sixth in the Law category, moving one spot up in comparison to our last year’s result.
It bears noting that we are one of very few law firms appreciated by students in this category. The first 50 spots are mostly occupied by Client brands. Only one law firm ranked higher than SMM Legal.
The “Most Attractive Employers” ranking selects the most desirable employers across seven categories. Last year, as many as 12,000 students from 77 universities were surveyed, including more than 800 in the law category.
What are the qualities that students find the most attractive? Prospects of high income, good references from employees, stable employment, development opportunities and flexible work arrangements.
