For the second year running, The Most Attractive Employers 2021, an independent ranking, included SMM Legal in the list of TOP10 most attractive employers in the “Law” category. The surveyed students found us the second most attractive employer countrywise. In the overall list for our sector, we took the 6th place, moving up one position compared to 2020.

This award clearly proves that when running a business you must always take care of the people you are building it with’.
The ranking is an independent study carried out every year by Universum Global in cooperation with local research institutions. In the Polish edition of 2021, as many as 13,000 students of 77 universities were surveyed. Additionally, researchers asked the respondents about the most desirable qualities of the best employers. Interestingly, the young people at the very onset of their careers are not interested in money alone. The most appreciated aspects included the opportunities for academic and professional development.
