On 26 August the specialist in procurement law of the Law Office Sójka & Maciak – Magdalena Ignaszak-Drozdowska – co-hosted in Warsaw workshops organized by the Polish Association of Consulting Engineers and Experts (pl. Stowarzyszenie Inżynierów Doradców i Rzeczoznawców, SIDIR) entitled “Using the resources of third parties, and trade secrets in the Law on Public Procurement, in the light of recent case law of Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza (ang. Polish National Chamber of the Appeal). Her speech at the workshops was devoted to the issues of business secrets in the act of public procurement law. The workshops were positively received by the participants.
Jej wystąpienie poświęcone było zagadnieniom tajemnicy przedsiębiorstwa w ustawie prawo zamówień publicznych. Warsztaty spotkały się z bardzo pozytywnym odbiorem uczestników.
