Sójka& Maciak Attorneys at Law is the only outside legal office which advised the largest Polish press distributor with changing the leading financing bank. The legal services included an audit of the previous bank, the analysis of the proposals presented by the new bank as well as representation of the Client during negotiations and signing the final versions of the contracts. The transaction value exceeded a few hundred million PLN. The attorney responsible for the project was Aleksander Raczyński Ph.D., who also personally participated in the negotiations conducted by the parties.
