On 20 September 2012 Przemysław Maciak appeared in front of cameras of WTK – Poznań Municipal Television. In the main edition of the Program Puls Dnia, he made a statement on the deferment of trial by District Court of Poznań in case of commission of works concerning design and arrangement of space of Municipal Stadium in Poznań submitted by Poznańskie Ośrodki Sportu i Rekreacji, without any previous invitation of tender.
