Global climate change and the recourse to alternative energy sources, which only gained urgency following the invasion of Ukraine, mean it’s time to explore the options offered by hydrogen. SMM Legal has joined the First Central European Hydrogen Technologies Forum, or H2POLAND, as the legal partner. On 17-18 May 2022, together with the MPT Group, we are pleased to invite you to Poznań for the first hydrogen-dedicated fair in Central and Eastern Europe.
The H2POLAND Forum is a project targeted at government administration representatives, local administration units, entrepreneurs, business and academia interested in state-of-the-art, environment-friendly technologies. It aims at leveraging international cooperation to boost hydrogen investments in the near future.
Over the two days of the event, SMM Legal experts will moderate debates and make presentations for the event participants.

To make hydrogen technologies widely applicable, it is not enough to ensure appropriate infrastructure and financing – most importantly, it is necessary to put in place appropriate legal framework, which is being currently developed. During the Forum, its members will discuss current trends in Polish and EU legislation.
